# Install Steps

## 1. Backup
Backup your current:
- analysis.php
- analysis_chairman_v4_0_integrated.php
- analysis_chairman_v4_1_integrated.php

## 2. Copy files
Copy all files from this ZIP into your WinRacing root.

## 3. Health check
Open:
Chairman/ui/analysis_gateway_check.php?race_date=2026-07-08

## 4. Build V45
Open:
wr_chairman_ensemble_ai_v45_0.php?race_date=2026-07-08&action=build

## 5. Test analysis endpoint
Open:
analysis_chairman_v4_2_fixed.php?wr_chairman_payload=1&race_date=2026-07-08

You should see JSON with:
- ok: true
- counts.ranking > 0
- counts.decision > 0 after V45 build

## 6. Use UI
Open:
analysis_chairman_v4_2_fixed.php?review_date=2026-07-08&date=2026-07-08&race_id=86
